Introducing..
When taking a hermit crab out of ISO, is there any kind of specific way you introduce them to the other hermit crabs??

Re: Introducing..
There's no real set way to do it. If it's just one that's been molting, I'll give him/her a dip in the fresh water and let them go on their merry way. But if it's a brand new crab, I introduce them in a neutral place. I put the new guy in there first so he can get acclimated to it, and it's kind of 'his.' Then I introduce the other ones, so they're new. After they get to know each other a bit, they all get a bath and head to the tank, but the new guy goes in first again, then the old ones.
