Zoidberg won't change shells

Well this isn't much of a problem, but here's the facts

Zoidberg is a PP
I have had him for 2 months
He was bought in a BEAUTIFUL shell, see it here
The shell fits him perfectly
He has enough shells in his size
he won't change

I know PP's change alot but he won't, his shell is perfect for him but still...
whats going on.

Sometimes if they find the perfect shell, they won't move out of it until they have to.

Yea, thats what I thought. I might order some shells like that in Zoidbergs next size because I think he will molt in the next month or so. He won't change but I don't blame him.

Well I put some new shells in and Zoidberg changed a bunch of times. He went form his old shell to a nice green turbo like 4 times but he finally settled on his old shell.

Caly used to do that a lot. She did the same thing like 6 times with a babylonia spirata.

Crabs know what they're doing, much more than we do lol. He'll change when he's ready. Just give him time
