Yellow spots, looks powdery what is it?

Hello, does anyone know what these patches of yellow are in the sub? They are small. I do have springtails and isos (a lot). I would dig these new yellow powdery spots in the sub to inspect but have a moulter down there. It could be mold related because it seems to be in the areas of sand that look moist vs. the drier upper layer or near the back heater. I also see some under the water bowls outer container (the one you are supposed to not move when you are changing waters. They just started a day or two ago.

Not sure what it is, but it could be mould.

Someone said I may have a bacterial bloom. Should I dig up my molters?

Perhaps dig and inspect the sand near the moulter to see of there is any visible bacterial bloom. If there is, you can try to dig up the moulter to cleaner sand. If there isn’t, leave the moulter as is.
