Due to the lack of knowledge of what the humidity level is, is a very high chance as to why you are seeing your hermies act the way they are acting. Through this thread there were a couple suggestions made as to which types of humidity gauges others use. When selecting a gauge, make sure it reads the same as the others on the shelf, not one that is way off. Digital or dial? Either or still needs to be calibrated/tested to see how accurately it is reading.

Did you buy a bigger tank and all the stuff to heat it properly? Do you have a humidity gauge now? You have to remember what was heating your smaller tank won't do on your bigger tank. You need the temp/humidity gauges if you don't have it yet because it could be too cold and not humid enough if you don't.Pengy wrote:I Got a bigger crabitat and now they are doing fine.
